K. Clark Homes’ Principal Builder and Qualifying Agent is Kathryn Clark who has been part of the building community in Memphis, Tennessee for eight years. Kathryn formed K. Clark Homes in 2017 after beginning her home building career with Windsor Homes. She has been a longstanding member with the West Tennessee Homebuilders Association, National Association of Homebuilders, Professional Women in Building, Urban Land Institute and the Memphis Area Association of Realtors. She holds the Certified Graduate Builder and Certified Aging in Place Designations from the National Association of Home Builders as well as an OSHA certification. She is a frequent collaborator with At Home Memphis & Midsouth Magazine and her work has been showcased in multiple publications. Kathryn is a Vesta Home Show Award winning builder with her three homes winning “Best Kitchen”, “Best First Impression”, “Best Special Feature”, “Best Interior Decorating”, “Best Landscaping”, and “People’s Choice” in the 2016 Vesta Home Show. Homes range in price from $390,000 to $660,000 with size ranging from 2,700 to 6,000 square feet.
