About Dover Development Partners, LLC
We are a FAMILY OWNED General Contracting Firm providing quality construction and project management services to homeowners and small businesses throughout a number of Northeast Ohio communities. The Company was founded in 2001 by the father / son team of Gene and Sam Dover.
Sam Dover is also a graduate of St. Edward High School and High Point University. Prior to starting the business, Sam worked in project management with a commercial real estate developer. He also has a background in commercial mechanical construction and small business management.
Gene Dover is a graduate of St. Edward High School and Bowling Green State University. His background also includes a successful career as a CPA and financial executive.
