BelVan Group of Companies Inc. is owned and operated by Les Yochim and Chris Sterling. We are a fully licensed and insured custom home builder and renovation company servicing Edmonton and surrounding areas. Our solid relationships with our employees, suppliers and subcontractors is what allows us to confidently make promises to our clients and be able to keep them

BelVan Group of Companies Provides General contracting services for the following types of projects:

•Residential New Home Construction
•Residential Infills
•Residential Renovations
•Commercial Tenant Improvements

As a general contractor we are responsible for providing all of the material, labour, equipment and services necessary for the construction of the project. We hire specialized subcontractors to perform portions of the construction work.

We look after building permits, securing the property, providing temporary utilities on site, managing personnel on site, ensuring site safety, providing engineering where required, disposing or recycling of construction waste, monitoring schedules and cash flows, and maintaining accurate records.
