Joe began his career in real estate at the age of 21. He purchased his first property, which he still owns, and began renting it out. Joe expanded his real estate career by developing property at age 23, where he purchased, developed and built 18 units.

Joe quickly realized his passion for new construction and building a superior product. That’s where Joe Miller Construction, LLC was born. Joe always kept the focus of the company clear; build a great product at an affordable price. Joe and his team supervise each jobsite like it’s their own, with attention to detail and getting it right the first time. When you buy a home from Joe Miller Construction you’re buying quality, affordability and peace of mind.

Joe is married to his beautiful wife, Stephanie Rivenbark Miller. Stephanie is an accomplished real estate attorney in Wilmington. Joe and Stephanie have two wonderful dogs which keep them busy.

In his free time Joe is an avid sports fan, reader and participant in all outdoor activities. Joe and Stephanie love spending time with friends and family.
