I would like to thank Castillo Construction for the job they did on my investment property. I purchased a 10,000 sq. foot-10 unit apartment building needing a total reconstruction and repair. They reframed all 10 2-3 bedroom units. Installed great looking ceramic tile floors and tile around all the bathtubs. Installed new metal stairs which matched perfectly with the exterior. Installed all new plumbing, and electrical wiring and fixtures. Installed stucco onto the entire exterior. Painted the inside and outside of the entire building. Foundation Repair: Castillo Construction performed the following shoring/leveling and renovation at my property. They shored and leveled my property to make the house level. They installed a perma lock foundation system to level off the property and to make the foundation level.
Renovation: They moved a few walls and added support to others walls in the property. They created an open floor plan that combined the kitchen and the living room. They installed french exterior doors and some interior doors. They did a total remodel to my kitchen installing an island, new cabinets, granite counter tops, sink, faucet, dishwasher and garbage disposal. They remodeled my two bathrooms with Jacuzzi tubs, granite surrounds, faucets, vanities and mirrors. They installed hardwood floors and travertine on all the flooring in the house.
